Who are your clients?

Do you help new doctors with registering of banking details?

Yes. We educate new doctors regarding billing, coding rules and guidelines. We also register banking details and contracts for new doctors with all medical aids.

How do you determine your fees?

ServQual Med charges 5.5% of whatever money is received from the medical aids (Not on whatever money is claimed) and is calculated at the end of each month.

With the help of our top of the range software we submit claims to the medical aids and follow up where short payments need to be done by patients.
